Former San Antonio psychologist Hillary Cauthen has dropped her lawsuit against former team quarterback Joshua Primo.


Earlier this month, Cauthen sued the club by fixedsoccerpicks and the former Primo player. The woman stated that the 19-year-old player was naked in front of her during the sessions. It started in December 2021 and has happened nine times.


On November 17, the parties agreed to peacefully resolve the issue.


The woman accused the Spurs of inaction. According to her, she first reported the incidents to the club`s management in January 2022, but no action was taken.


In late October, San Antonio announced the termination of Primo`s contract. Now the defender is a free agent.


On Thursday, Spurs CEO Buford made the official announcement.


We take the situation with Josh Primo very seriously. Upon learning of the allegations, we have taken and continue to take steps to ensure that all parties involved are treated with dignity and respect. We know that this is our duty to Dr. Cauthen, our players, staff and community.
